You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items (such as personal care products, sale items, or gift cards) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at rohmeey@ymail.com with your order number and photos.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider.
