At Rohma, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items (such as personal care products, sale items, or gift cards) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at rohmeey@ymail.com with your order number and photos.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider.
